    You'll understand why strong passwords and two-step verification are essential. You'll learn how passwords are cracked, how to implement a strong password policy, and how to secure access to systems and data.

    INCIDENT DETECTION & RESPONSE

    You’ll learn about the most common cyberattacks: phishing, ransomware, social engineering, malware, and CEO fraud. You’ll learn how attackers think, how they operate, and why human behavior is the biggest risk factor—but also the strongest defense.

    SAFE BEHAVIOR & BEST PRACTICES

    You'll learn the security principles that make the biggest difference in real life: secure email use, recognizing suspicious links, working safely from home, handling USB devices, and software updates. This includes the dos and don'ts for using company data on personal devices.

    PASSWORDS, ACCESS & AUTHENTICATION

    You’ll understand the importance of strong, unique passwords and two-step verification. You’ll learn how passwords are cracked, how a password manager works, and how to secure access to systems, data, and accounts—both at work and at home.

    INCIDENT DETECTION & RESPONSE

    You’ll learn what to do when you recognize a suspicious situation: how to report an incident, what steps to take, and how to prevent further harm. You’ll be familiar with the internal reporting procedures and know when to escalate the matter—without panicking, but by taking the right action.
